At YOUR CHOICE, we strive to provide quality products and transparent service to all customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Business Model Disclosure

YOUR CHOICE operates as a dropshipping business. Products are sourced and shipped from international third-party warehouses and suppliers located outside your country of residence.

Because of international fulfillment:

  • shipping times may vary,

  • tracking updates may occasionally be delayed,

  • customs processing may affect delivery times,

  • and packaging may differ depending on the warehouse or supplier.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.


2. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date the order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition,

  • all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included,

  • and proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items/parts, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To protect against fraudulent claims, manipulated media, AI-generated images, and refund abuse, we require comprehensive evidence for all claims.

Mandatory Evidence Requirements

Customers must provide:

A single unedited video clearly showing:

  • the shipping label,

  • recipient address,

  • package condition before opening,

  • the opening process,

  • the product inside,

  • and the damage or issue itself.

Clear photos of:

  • the damaged product,

  • the packaging,

  • the shipping label,

  • and all included contents.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Edited, cropped, AI-generated, manipulated, or incomplete evidence will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approving any refund, replacement, or claim.


4. Delivery & Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections,

  • international shipping disruptions,

  • weather,

  • strikes,

  • wars,

  • pandemics,

  • carrier delays,

  • or force majeure events beyond our control.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • undeliverable due to incorrect addresses,

  • refused,

  • unclaimed,

  • abandoned,

  • or not collected from local pickup points or post offices.

If tracking confirms delivery, we reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests unless sufficient official documentation proves non-delivery.


5. Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers may be required to:

  • contact the local carrier or post office,

  • provide a non-delivery certificate,

  • and cooperate with any carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations may take several weeks.

Refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered are not guaranteed.


6. Returns for Non-Defective Items

For returns unrelated to product defects:

  • customers are responsible for all return shipping costs,

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable,

  • and international return shipping may exceed the product value.

Returned items must arrive unused and in resellable condition.

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

  • show signs of use,

  • are damaged by the customer,

  • are missing packaging or accessories,

  • or fail inspection.


7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • sale items,

  • gift cards,

  • personalized/custom products,

  • print-on-demand items,

  • beauty/personal care items,

  • perishable goods,

  • intimate products,

  • and certain promotional items.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order enters processing, production, or fulfillment, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after payment.


9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method,

  • processing times may take up to 10 business days,

  • and banks/payment providers may require additional processing time.

Shipping fees, customs fees, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

We actively monitor for:

  • fraudulent chargebacks,

  • refund abuse,

  • false claims,

  • manipulated evidence,

  • AI-generated images/videos,

  • and suspicious purchasing behavior.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse service,

  • deny refunds,

  • cancel orders,

  • block future purchases,

  • or provide evidence to payment processors and authorities where fraud is suspected.

False claims may be reported to payment providers, shipping carriers, and fraud prevention agencies.


11. European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must remain:

  • unused,

  • unworn,

  • with original packaging,

  • and in resellable condition.

Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
